    • Dead stock supplied from our end

  • Any product that is discolored, distorted, or not in its original condition will not be eligible for return.

  • Products must be returned exactly as received, along with the original packaging, invoice, and product slip.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned items are received and verified by our team.

  • If the return qualifies (damaged, wrong, or dead stock), the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

  • For any other return cases, the amount will be credited to your wallet as store credit, which can be used for your next purchase.

Exchange & Wallet Credit

  • Wallet credits are non-refundable and valid for future orders.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability and product condition verification.
