• All orders are verified for accuracy against the submitted invoice before shipment.

2. Shipping & Delivery

• We deliver **PAN India**, using trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Estimated delivery time is **3–10 business days**, depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

• A **tracking number** will be provided for all shipments once dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges apply and will be displayed at checkout.

• Bulk orders may qualify for **special shipping rates or free delivery**, depending on order volume.

4. Delivery Guidelines

• Customers must ensure that the **shipping address is accurate and complete**.

• HAIKO B2B is not responsible for delays or loss of shipments due to **incorrect addresses or contact details**.

• Delivery attempts are made **twice**, after which the package may be returned to our warehouse.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

• In case of **damaged or lost shipments**, please notify us **within 48 hours of delivery**.

• HAIKO B2B will **replace the product or refund** the amount (subject to verification of the product and invoice).

6. Additional Notes

• All products are shipped **as-is**, from our warehouse, in original packaging.

• Orders returned due to **incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or unclaimed parcels** may incur **additional shipping charges** for redelivery.

• For bulk/B2B orders, special shipping instructions can be communicated at the time of order placement.
